Reminder: Please Return Your Community Emergency Plan Surveys

We would like to remind all residents who have received a Community Emergency Plan survey to please complete and return it as soon as possible.  The survey was at the back of the Parish Council newsletter which was recently delivered to houses across the village. The response rate so far has been very low, and without sufficient information from households we are unable to develop an effective plan that reflects the needs and resources of our community.

Community Emergency Plans are designed to help communities prepare for and respond to unexpected situations such as severe weather, power outages, flooding, or other local incidents. Your input is essential in helping us understand what support may be needed, what skills or resources are available locally, and how best we can coordinate assistance if an emergency occurs.

Completed surveys can be returned to the letter box at Church Farm. If you have misplaced your form or require another copy, please get in touch and we will be happy to provide one.

Please be reassured that any personal information you provide will be held securely and used only for the purposes of developing the Community Emergency Plan, in line with data protection requirements.

Taking a few minutes to complete the survey now will help ensure that our community is better prepared in the future. Thank you for your support.
