A picturesque village in East Suffolk
Parham Parish Council meets six times a year, usually on the first Tuesday of every other month starting in January, please check our What's On Calendar for the dates. Meetings are held at 7.15pm in the Jubilee Annex of Parham Village Hall.
All meetings take place at the Village Hall, with agendas published at least three clear working days in advance. Notices are displayed on the village noticeboards and on this website.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held in May, during which Council officers are re-elected and the annual accounts are presented.
All residents are warmly invited to attend. Each meeting includes a public forum near the beginning, offering residents the opportunity to address the Council on any item listed on the agenda.
The Parish Council is required to publish draft minutes of each meeting within one month. Please note that draft minutes remain provisional until formally approved at the following Parish Council meeting.
